Faq

  • How to register as a user?

    Click the REGISTER link at the top right corner of the screen then in the new screen select "Sign up as a User" and fill in the contact form that appears (E-mail / username, password, confirm password).

    After submitting the form, the person who wants to set up an account on the website DOCTORS2GO will receive e-mail message with a confirmation link. When you click the link, the registration is complete.

  • How to register as a Doctor?

    Click the REGISTER link at the top right corner of the screen, then in the new screen, select "Sign up as a Doctor," and then fill out the contact form that appears.

    After submitting the form, the doctor who want to set up an account on the website DOCTORS2GO will receive e-mail message with a confirmation link. When you click the link, the registration is complete.

    Important! In the case of Doctors, there is a possibility that the website admins will make additional verification, such as a telephone.

  • How to log in?

    Click on the link LOGIN at the top right corner of the screen. After filling out the form fields (Email / Username, Password), click the LOG IN button at the bottom of the right side of the form.

  • How to log in via Facebook?

    If you have account with the social networking site Facebook you can log on our website DOCTORS2GO. To do this, click on the LOGIN button located in the upper right corner of the screen. In the new screen, fill in the form with your username and password which you use to log in to FACEBOOK. Then you need to click on the blue button LOGIN VIA FACEBOOK located in from the right side of the form.

    Login via Facebook is only possible for the users. Login as a doctor in this way is impossible.

  • How to use searcher?

    Searcher consists of two sections:

    To find a physician, enter the name , surname or description of the services required in the first field and the county, town or district in the second field.

    To find Doctors on our database, simply fill out one of these two search boxes.

    Be specific about the services you require for more accurate search results.

    For example: type just the description of the Doctor ie: "Dermatologist" leaving the second search box empty ,the search engine will look for Dermatologists from all over Ireland.

  • What is the range of the portal data content?

    Portal and searcher contents doctors and medical facilities from the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. You can use our service from every place in the world.

  • How to add a comment?

    To add a comment, you should fill in the form set out in the "Add a Review" section in the Doctor's profile it is required to add an evaluation and comment.

    It should be distinguished adding a comment as a user is logged on and the user logged on.

    Users not logged can add a new review up to 280 characters. Opinion will appear only after approval by a moderator. Users not logged on tend to have less trust and their  comments may not appear at all, or it can be used to verify the authenticity of the additional path, by sending an email to the author by a moderator. DOCTORS2GO site Administration does not have to explain why comment or rating of not logged user never appeared.

    Logged in user can add a new review with up to 1000 characters. His opinion appears immediately after sending, but also will be checked by a moderator, the site for correctness and compliance culture.

  • Can I delete the comment or change a evaluation which I submitted?

    Generally, there is no possibility of self-edit your comments and evaluation by the user after being issued. You can only change the content of comments by moderators our site. For this purpose, please send an email with the request to our e-mail address adres@adres.pl. The request should be sent from the email address which you gave when you registered. To change the assessment, you must write to the administrators of the service request to delete the entire entry including an assessment, and then adding them again.

  • How to make an appointment through DOCTORS2GO portal?

    To make an appointment you have to register on the site DOCTORS2GO.

    On your visit you can only make an appointment to see a doctor, who buys a package of enabling him to place on your calendar profile visits.

    To do this, go to the calendar of visits. This can be done in several ways:
    - In the search results, click on the calendar icon which is on the right side from result.
    - Being on the physician's profile, there is visible orange button MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Please click it.
    - Being on the doctor's profile scroll down the page until the APPOINTMENTS CALENDAR section.

    Above the calendar drop-down list with doctor's locations is available. For these locations physician defined his schedules. Select the location to which you want to make an appointment. Then on the calendar showing the current week, available terms are marked in green, and terms no longer available are marked in red. By arrows in the upper corners of the calendar, we can move to the next weeks of the schedule.

    Choose the day and click on the available time of your visit. Then you need to fill out the form that appears, and click the SEND button.

    On your e-mail addres, which you gave during the registration, confirmation message will be sent. After clicking the confirmation link the term becomes booked and will now appear in red on the schedule.

    The appointment to the doctor has been made.

  • How to cancel appointmet?

    While logged in to the site, in the upper right corner of the screen there is MY ACCOUNT link. When you click on that link develops in the account menu. To delete visit please click MY APPOINTMETS button . In the new screen you will have list of the appointments which you made through DOCTORS2GO service. At the right side of the screen, next to the details of specified visit, there is orange link “Delete”. Pleas click this “Delete” link to cancel the visit/appointment.

  • How to Edit profile?

    While logged in to the site, in the upper right corner of the screen there is MY ACCOUNT link. When you click on that link develops in the account menu. To edit your account details please click in the EDIT PROFILE button and there you can change any details.

  • How to delete my account?

    While logged in to the site, in the upper right corner of the screen there is MY ACCOUNT link. When you click on that link develops in the account menu. To delete your account, click on the link ADVANCED OPTIONS, then edit function DELETE ACCOUNT, and after entering the password liquidation of the account becomes a reality.

    When logged in to the site as a doctor to remove the account, you need to contact the admins page using the contact form in the contact section.

  • How do I change the password to my account?

    While logged in to the site, in the upper right corner of the screen there is MY ACCOUNT link. When you click on that link develops in the account menu. To change the password to your account, click on the link CHANGE PASSWORD. In the new screen, fill out the form to change your password and confirm the change by clicking CHANGE button.

  • How to use institution/facility searcher?

    Search process of institutions is exactly the same as doctors search. In the left side field of the search box please type the name of the institution. This can be a clinic, hospital or any other facility. In the right side field of the search box enter a location. This can be a city, county, or the exact address of the institution. Simply fill only one of these fields to search revealed the results.

    After clicking "search" or pressing "enter" button the system will display map of the location and list of doctors who work in this institution (if they are in our database).

  • I’m a doctor. How can I Take over my account?

    To take over the account please fill out the takeover form, which appears after clicking on the button TAKE OVER THIS ACCOUNT. This button is visible on the profile of the doctor next to his avatar / photo.

  • What does it mean that account Has been taken over?

    Our database of doctors is created in such a way that normal users or even a person not registered in the portal can submit physicians. The doctor who wants to exist on our portal, should first check whether he has already been added by users to the database of doctors. If his profile already exists in the portal, rather than duplicate account, the best solution is to takeover it.

    After submitting the form of takeover, and positive verification by the administrator, the doctor receives on given e-mail address details to log in and becomes the owner of the account.

  • What does it mean that account Has been verified?

    This means that the administration has checked and confirms that the profile is 100% sure managed by a doctor whom he represents. Administrators verify physicians in many ways, including through direct contact by phone or by e-mail, etc.

    At the doctor's profile, both in search results and on the same profile appears raised thumb mark, which means that the profile has been verified.
    Any doctor can make a request to verify his account by sending the appropriate request through the contact form in the CONTACTS.

  • How to use appointments calendar?

    Any doctor, after buying a bundle can arrange visits to the calendar, so that patients can register for a visit by the portal.
    Laying the calendar of visits:

    Click on the link MY ACCOUNT located in the upper right corner of the screen, and then from the drop down menu select WEEK SCHEDULES. Then click on the ADD button.

    In the new screen, we fill the new schedule, which means we  select the institution / location for which you are creating schedule, schedule validity length, the length of a single visit.

    Then go a little lower, where you define the office hours for each day of the week. You must add the number of visits for that day and hour of the start of work. The list of possible hours that you can make an appointment will be created automatically by the system when you click on the button CREATE. Next to every hour a small cross will appear and when you click on it, you can turn off this hour of the visits.

    Under established calendar of visits for each day of the week there is a button ADD AN HOUR and by clicking on that, we can add additional hours of visits for the day.

    Under the creator for all days of the week you should type in NOTIFICATION MAIL, an address to which notifications will come that someone appointed visit on the Internet.

    By clicking on the SAVE button calendar of visits is saved, and since then is available on the doctor's profile.

    From now, users of the portal will arrange a visit with the calendar of visits. About every booked visit, the doctor will be notified by email.

  • How to Edit account?

    Click on the link MY ACCOUNT located in the upper right corner of the screen, and then from the drop down menu select EDIT PROFILE and there you can change any details.

  • How to delete doctor’s account?

    To delete an account doctor should write to the administrators to address@address.pl and ask them to remove your account. Message must be send from email address which was given during registration in the portal.

    Admins after verification of the credibility of the requests will make decision up  to 7 working days.

  • How to edit week Schedules?

    Click on the link MY ACCOUNT located in the upper right corner of the screen, from the drop down menu, select WEEK SCHEDULES.
    If you have created any schedules, they will be presented in the form of a list. Please click EDIT link.

    Editing is done on the same basis as the creation of the schedule (see section 18)

  • How to delete schedule?

    Click on the link MY ACCOUNT located in the upper right corner of the screen, from the drop down menu, select WEEK SCHEDULES.

    If you have created any schedules, they will be presented in the form of a list. In the details of the schedule there is DELETE link at the right side of the screen. You should click it to remove the schedule.

  • How doctor can mark in its schedule a visit booked a different route than portal?

    While logged in to the site (as a doctor), in the top right corner of the screen appears MY ACCOUNT link, after clicking on that develops in the account menu. To mark in APPOINTMETS CALENDAR a specific date as occupied by a patient who has registered a different way than the website, click the link PROFILE. The user of the website will be moved to his profile on the portal. Scroll down the page to see CALENDAR APPOINTMETS section. Choose the date and time at which the patient is registered, for example by telephone. Fill in patient data that is first name, last name, e-mail and telephone. After completing the form with patient data click on the SEND button. In the calendar of visits specific date and time will be marked as "busy".

  • How do I add photos to my profile?

    Click on the link MY ACCOUNT located in the upper right corner of the screen from the drop-down menu, select the link IMAGES.

    Then, in the new screen by clicking the BROWSE button to select the disk image you want to add to your profile. After selecting photo, and clicking SEND button image is sent to the server and appears in profile the doctor.

  • How to add days off to the schedule?

    Schedule can be created for weeks ahead. Defines the number and time of visits for each day of the week (see section 18). But of course it is possible to remove some of the days from artwork, which is the ability to define the days off.

    To do this, click on the MY ACCOUNT link located in the top right corner of the screen from the drop-down menu select the link DAYS OFF.
    In the new screen, fill in the field DATE. This can be done manually by entering a date in the format DD-MM-YYYY, or you can choose date from a calendar that appears after clicking on the calendar icon located under the DATE field.

    After selecting the date, click the ADD button on the right side. The specified date is defined as a day on which the doctor does not accept and automatically in doctors calendar of visits making appointments for that day becomes impossible.

  • How to check appointed visits?

    Date and time of visits which have been arranged through the portal can be checked by clicking the link CHECK APPOINTMENTS from MY ACCOUNT drop-down menu located in the upper right corner of the screen. Then in the new window, choose the institution for which you want to check the details. After the selection, a list of prearranged visits will appear.

  • How to change password?

    Click on the link MY ACCOUNT located in the upper right corner of the screen from the drop-down menu select CHANGE PASSWORD link. In the new screen, fill in the three fields that is CURRENT PASSWORD, NEW PASSWORD, CONFIRM PASSWORD, and then click on the button CHANGE.

    The operation of password change has been completed.

  • Can I block an opinion or evaluation?

    By purchasing a premium package, the doctor gains the ability to block comments on your profile. However, in place of comment there will appear information indicating that the comment was blocked by the holder of the profile.

    Administration of the site will also remove any comments that are unlawful, or the terms of use of our website.

    Credibility and reliability of the site must be preserved, and therefore it is not possible to block or change the assessment issued by the user. Even the assessment from comment locked by a physician is displayed and included in the average grade of the doctor.

  • I found a duplicated accounts. What should I do?

    It may happen that the accounts will be doubled, despite the vigilance of our administrators. If you found  such a situation this fact should be reported via the contact form located in the contact section.

  • Someone impersonating my account. What should I do?

    You should immediately report such fact to the administration of the site. Administrators will conduct an investigation and will block an account if it will be proven that someone is pretending to be a person that is not.

  • I’m a doctor and I want to remove my profile from the portal. How can I do it?

    If you are registered as a doctor does not have the option to delete your account yourself. This is due to the fact that we are trying to avoid any unfair competition practices. Please contact us using the contact form, submit request to delete your account. Site Administration will contact person who is requesting to confirm that the specified doctor wants to remove the account, and if he confirms this intention, the account will be deleted.
